Keio Prelia Hotel Sapporo is arguably the best hotel we stayed at in Japan between Osaka, Tokyo and Sapporo. When you arrive, check in is on the first floor immediately as you enter. Someone at the front desk acknowledged and greeted me every time. Staff was incredibly friendly. Check in was a breeze. There were multiple front desk staff members who helped me translate or call restaurants to see if they would take my reservation on short notice. I appreciated them so much! The room felt sparkling clean and the amenities were awesome. Everything worked in the room. Thank you, housekeeping and engineering teams! This was by far my hotel breakfast at any of the holes we stayed at and I basically ate here every morning. There was plenty of variety for us to choose from and the food was soooo tasty from Japanese to western-inspired dishes with specialty dishes from ingredients grown in Hokkaido! The utensils, plates, bowls and cups were clean. They had fresh, hot award winning raclette cheese you could ask for to be poured over potatoes and veggies to order. The Hokkaido corn soup was so magical and made in a Dutch oven pot. I absolutely loved the housemade tofu that used Hokkaido soy beans, and the butter rice made with Hokkaido corn! Oh!! And the Hokkaido custard with bittersweet caramel was *to die for*. They also had this stunning honeycomb display sourced from multiple counties that dropped honey into a trough and was absolutely delicious. This was the only hotel in Japan we stayed at that offered such a variety of specialty dishes, so it was extremely special to me. All the restaurant staff and servers were extremely nice and extremely attentive with clearing our tables. Thank you so much to the back of house chefs/stewards and front of house restaurant staff! You guys seriously rock!!

The hotel room though small is very well equipped. Love the comfortable beds, the water and ice dispenser outside the room. There’s a lounge on the ground floor for free hot beverages. My children enjoyed the public bath in the hotel, claiming it’s very relaxing. The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance from Sapporo station. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. For those who rent car, rent-toyota office is just at basement which makes pick up and return of car very convenient. It is definitely a worthy stay!

Best relation cost x benefit. We loved the breakfast with raclete and special local items lpudding, tofu and much more like curry and rice. I skept the usual continental breakfast both of them available in the buffet service. It seems that the installations are new, the gym was spacious compared to others in Tokyo and Kyoto. The laundry was really good with a good quantity of machines, the iron was available in our floor and probably in each floor. Short distance between the train station 5 minutes walking. Near the Hokkaido University.

Everything. How they have thought of every smallest thing you might need. Room was very specious compared Japan rooms for the same value. Room was very clean and well maintained. They had free hot drinks available from 1500hrs. Progress of laundry can be checked from the room. It was very close to Sapporo station. Convenient stores and restaurants close by. We had a wonderful time. It was so cozy that we even cancelled our plans for a day and just stayed in the room.

Excellent location just from JR Sapporo station North Exit West gate side. Bus and coach pick up and drop off here. Some onsen hotels have free shuttle pick ups here. Buffet breakfast is similar daily. Has fresh honey from combs. Great with toast. Some Hokkaido specialties. Luggage storage available. Has onsen. Dining area converted to guest lounge with free drinks from 3pm. Near Daimaru department store.

This hotel is close to Sapporo Station and is very clean and modern. They have a guest lounge on the first floor where free self-service tea and coffee are offered. The room is clean and modern. We stored our luggage at the hotel after checking out; there is a locker room on the second floor for later retrieval. The onsen is good, with lotion and hair dryers available. Wi-Fi is good, but we noted that when we watched Youtube in the room, there was another person logged into our Youtube account on the TV. I think the walls may be too thin, allowing other hotel guests to log into our TV by mistake.

The location of the hotel is very good, the rooms were super clean and the staff were always very polite and helpful. From 3 PM to 11 PM drinks (water, coffee, tea) were available in the breakfast room for free. That was very nice. We did not book a breakfast, so I can not tell anything about it. Overall I can highly recommend this hotel!

Location was great! It was very near to Sapporo Station and easy to navigate to the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff are very helpful. They have a public bath which was great after a long day out. It really soothe the aching legs and body. The room is big enough for 2 big luggages and lots of shopping stuff ^^ Each floor has a pantry room where you can top up your water, iron your clothes, etc. The laundromats located inside the public bath which was a good idea especially when you are soaking and waiting for the laundry to be done.
